  Operation of SECO publication platforms (Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce, Amtsblatt des Kantons Zürich, SIMAP electronic platform of public procurement and "Die Volkswirtschaft" magazine) is handled entirely by Systemfive Ltd. and fully virtualized at the same time. 

  Operation of all the server systems, services and clients required in editorial rooms is thus fully assured by Systemfive Ltd. The very high availability that this platform requires is guaranteed by Systemfive Ltd.’s infrastructure. First- and second-level support is guaranteed within times defined by SLAs and the necessary hardware (including clients) is maintained and, if necessary, exchanged by Systemfive Ltd.  Technical coordination with application suppliers and interface partners is also provided by Systemfive Ltd.

  The server hardware required and the virtual systems that run thereon are all housed at Systemfive Ltd.’s data processing center where they are continuously monitored. The performance and availability of the services are processed for a monthly SLA report.

  Renewal of the IT operating environment while simultaneously adapting to a new IT concept: main systems at Systemfive Ltd.’s data processing center and shadow systems at the client’s branches. Transfer of data from the previous IT operator and from on-site client IT departments. Synchronization of data (Exchange, DFS, etc.) between locations for better performance and availability.

  Systemfive provides second- and third-level support for client systems at Systemfive Ltd.’s data processing center. Support for on-site systems is available based on the client’s wishes from the relevant internal IT departments. Problems that cannot be solved are passed on to Systemfive, which then intervenes if necessary.

  Taking over the entire operation of the client’s IT infrastructure from the previous operator while simultaneously updating the IT concept and renewing the hardware used.

  Operation of the on-site server systems at the client’s location and simultaneous use of shadow systems in the Systemfive Ltd. data processing center for enhanced operational security. Providing second-level support for the client’s entire IT infrastructure and first-level support when requested by the client.

  Replacement and operation of the WLAN infrastructure at the client’s location. The previous controller-based solution was replaced by an operating model that does not require a dedicated controller to fulfill the client’s performance requirements (sometimes 350 simultaneous users at 5 access points).

  Introduction of simplified installation of graduate clients allowing 100 clients to be set up simultaneously within 30 minutes.
