Operation of all the server systems, services and clients required in editorial rooms is thus fully assured by Systemfive Ltd. The very high availability that this platform requires is guaranteed by Systemfive Ltd.’s infrastructure. First- and second-level support is guaranteed within times defined by SLAs and the necessary hardware (including clients) is maintained and, if necessary, exchanged by Systemfive Ltd. Technical coordination with application suppliers and interface partners is also provided by Systemfive Ltd.
The server hardware required and the virtual systems that run thereon are all housed at Systemfive Ltd.’s data processing center where they are continuously monitored. The performance and availability of the services are processed for a monthly SLA report.
